Improving Diversity Training for SMEs
Improving Diversity Training for SMEs (IDTS) is an EU Leonardo da Vinci funded Partnership Project which brings together seven organisation from six EU member states. Our IDTS partnership has set itself a clear and simple aim: to identify, document and disseminate best practice on diversity training in the workplace. Specifically our partnership will seek to uncover and examine diversity training aimed at SMEs, to help employers tackle issues that will make them better placed to hire and train immigrants as useful part of their workforce. www.smediversitytraining.eu
Global Peacebuilders
We were responsible for developing the www.globalpeacebuilders.org web-site. Global Peacebuilders is an international network of conflict resolution, conflict transformation and peacebuilding initiatives. The site connects organisations, individual practitioners, researchers and other groups worldwide interested in or working in the field of conflict resolution. It offers a solid platform for learning, exchange of innovative practice and development of international partnerships for reconciliation and peacebuilding.
Better Advice, Better Business! (www.business-adviser.eu)
VETBA will enable Business Advisers to update their skills and adapt their services to changing business beneficiary groups and sectors. Advisers will be better placed to provide guidance to SME’s, and ultimately, improve the performance and growth of the companies they work with.
The project will increase the contribution of Business Advisers as change agents who facilitate the uptake of innovation and growth within their SME clients, and therefore, within the overall EU economy.
The training aims to teach the knowledge necessary for Business Advisors, and improve their performance as mentors and business advisors, and is funded under the UU Leonardo da Vinci programme
